Production principle:
1. PE protective film adhesive (glue) polymer with viscoelasticity
Film: The adhesive layer can be in close contact with the surface of the adherend and flow into the groove of the adhered surface as much as possible, so that the effective contact area is increased.
Tear film: The adhesive layer has a higher peeling resistance. The greater the peeling speed, the higher the peel strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Adhesion performance (tackiness): T is less than A and C is less than K.
Initial tack (tack), adhesion (adhesion), cohesion (cohesion), adhesion base (keying).
2. Main factors affecting viscosity
Wetting: Only when the pressure-sensitive adhesive has good wetting with the surface of the adhered object can it achieve close contact, creating conditions for the physical and chemical combination of molecular movement and diffusion: the pressure-sensitive adhesive molecules will move to the surface of the adhered material, when When the distance bond is less than 5A, physical and chemical bonding will occur.
Penetration: The adhesive layer flows and penetrates into the grooves and voids under a certain pressure to increase the contact area between the two. At this time, a mechanical bonding force is generated between the adhesive and the adhered material.
3. Preparation of substrate film
Blow molding, casting, calendering.
4. Surface treatment of substrate film
Corona treatment: forming polar reactive groups, forming extremely fine potholes.
Coating: The liquid glue is evenly coated on the substrate film, and preliminary drying is performed.
