Production process and storage requirements for clear plastic film

- Apr 09, 2019-

The clear plastic film has the advantages of moisture resistance and low moisture permeability, and is very popular among users. Knowing its production process can help us produce better quality films. In the production of clear plastic film, dry polyethylene particles are first added to the lower hopper, and the weight of the particles itself enters the screw from the hopper. When the pellet is in contact with the helical bevel of the thread, the rotating bevel faces the plastic. The vertical thrust of the beveled face pushes the plastic particles forward.

In the process of the transition, due to the friction between the plastic and the screw, the plastic and the barrel, and the collision between the particles, the external heating of the barrel gradually melts. In addition, the molten plastic passes through the filter head to remove impurities from the mold. The head die exits, and after being inflated and cooled by the wind ring, the plate is pressed by the herringbone, and the finished film is rolled up into a cylinder by the pulling roller, and theclear plastic film of the plastic film manufacturer is completed.

The clear plastic film has good chemical stability, and is generally resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and aqueous solutions, and has certain mechanical properties, water resistance and gas permeability. However, the product should be stored in a clean, dry, cool warehouse, and it is strictly forbidden to expose to the sun; stacking neatly to prevent the film roll from being deformed.
