How to control the production environment of protective film

- Sep 30, 2020-

There are two key points in the quality control of protective film products. Scratches and dirt must be avoided. To meet these two requirements, we must first have a good production environment. The die-cutting plant is equipped with an independent dust-free purification workshop for protective film production. Dust-free purification workshop is also called clean workshop and clean room, Clean room refers to the removal of particles, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain space, and the indoor temperature, cleanliness, pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static control Within a certain range of requirements, specially designed rooms are given.

Regardless of how the external air conditions change, it is required that the cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure parameters set in the dust-free purification workshop can be maintained unchanged. According to the requirements of the production products, the cleanliness of the dust-free purification workshop has different levels of 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and 300,000.

In the dust-free purification workshop, under dynamic conditions, the largest source of bacteria and dust is the operator. Therefore, when the operator enters the dust-free purification workshop, he must wear clean clothes and blow clean air for 15 seconds in the air shower room to remove dust particles attached to the surface of the clothes.
